4311 Centre was a design-build project that commenced in the spring of 2019. The 60,000 square foot commercial office building is a non-combustible build composed of structural steel, steel stud infill, concrete block and brick as well as curtain wall and composite panels. The building features four storeys of contemporary commercial office space as well as highly desirable parking for occupants and patrons – 43 underground parking spaces and 123 outdoor parking spaces. The contract value for the project was $14 million and was completed in the spring of 2021.
