The new Delia K-12 School was constructed to replace the original 1955 school and additional modulars which were added over its history. The total building area including the main floor and a second floor mechanical mezzanine is 2,798 square meters. The new 2,800 square meter school includes a modern main floor as well as a second floor mechanical mezzanine and was constructed with the existing school just meters away.
