Shunda provided all services to construct this new 80 unit seniors’ housing facility which contains 72 studio suites and 8 single bedroom suites. This two-story, wood framed structure includes amenity spaces and common areas with a large dining area, a full commercial kitchen, a family dining/multi-purpose room, recreation and activity areas, a hair salon, administrative offices and various support rooms. The residents of this facility have a range of independent to full supportive living options available to them as needed.
